Youth Groups
- Co-ordination of youth clubs in Thirsk, Northallerton.
- Funded by Broadacres.
- Thirsk: Monday (Term time only) 4pm - 5.pm, years 5-6 , and 5.30 - 6.30, years 7-9
- Stokesley: Tuesday (Term time only) 4pm - 5.00pm, years 3-6
- Northallerton: Wednesday (Term time only) 5.00pm - 6.30pm, years 4-7
- We also welcome young people who are interested in being a young volunteer in all of our youth clubs

One to One Support
We can provide tailor made support packages on a wide range of issues.
Careers Information, Advice and Guidance
Support to young people to plan their progression from mainstream school to further education, employment or training.

- Food, furniture, toiletries, laundry facilities, transport all funded by donations from the community
Improving Lives
As part of Community Works Improving Lives programme, we are offering a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training courses for those aged 16 and over.
Courses include:
Maths, English, Employability, First Aid and Health, Safety.Customer Service and others

Disabled Children's Holiday & Saturday Playschemes
Acorns ages 5-11 and Oaks ages 12-21 at the Mencap Centre Northallerton
Out and About ages 5-21 - social and leisure days in the school holidays
Saturday Club ages 5-21 - social and leisure days alternate Saturdays throughout the year
This service is available privately, through direct payments or funded through NYCC's Disabled Children's Team. Children are cared for by trained and DBS checked specialist playscheme workers.
